Anais Schultz

Anais Schultz, PMHNP-BC, is a dedicated board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner who is passionate about guiding clients on a journey toward healing and advocating for mental health awareness in both client circles and the broader community. She works at Potomac Shores Mental Health and Wellness in Woodbridge and Falls Church, Virginia.

Since igniting her nursing passion in 2017, Anais has gained extensive experience across diverse medical domains, including mental health, internal medicine, and intensive care. Her commitment to excellence led her to pursue advanced nursing education at Wilkes University in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, where she earned her master's degree.

Driven by a commitment to lifelong learning, Anais continually seeks to enhance her knowledge and skills, ensuring she delivers evidence-based treatments tailored to each patient's unique needs. Her overarching goal is to create a serene and trusting environment, empowering patients to openly share their concerns, needs, and fears—a crucial step on their path to recovery.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Anais cherishes quality time with family and friends, enjoys diving into literature, and expresses her creativity through painting.
